Sexual Assault Awareness Week - The Clothesline Project was started by women as a way to "air the dirty laundry" of sexual assault and give survivors a productive, artistic outlet for their anger and emotions. This traditional event serves as a visual reminder of the pain caused by all sexual assaults and the strength of all of those who survive it. Previous year's t-shirts and new t-shirts designed by our students hang on clotheslines assembled at the courtyard of the Student Union. |
